EY - GDS Consulting  GRC Technology SAP GRC IAG - Senior

As part of our EY-GDS GRC Technology team, you will drive complex GRC Technology SAP GRC engagements and help solve broader risks through solution implementation. You will be the SMR to recommend, design, develop, document, test and debug new and existing implementations and/or applications for internal use, for difficult business problems. In addition, participate in solution designing and consult with business clients/onsite team to understand and meet business needs, and achieving business and technology initiatives.

Your key responsibilities

  • Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships and networks with clients and internal EY stakeholders
  • Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and professional knowledge within different phases of the project including problem definition, diagnosis, technical design, and deployment of SAP GRC AC, IAM, IAG, Cloud security solutions
  • Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods and tools to support service offering.
  • Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, EY products and service lines.
  • Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients with the intention to achieve exceptional client service.
  • Contribute to Identifying opportunities to improve engagement profitability.
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client/onsite personnel
  • Assist leadership to drive business development initiatives and account management.
  • Support managers in performance reviews for team members and recruitment activities as required.
  • Should cross skill and cross train the team members as per the business requirements.
  • Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills of self and team members
  • Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • CA/MBA/M.Sc./B.Tech with a minimum of 3 - 7 years of consulting / auditing experience.
  • More than 5 years of working experience on SAP IAM projects and experience in more than one of SAP GRC Access Controls, IAG, IPS, IAS, Cloud security in addition to SAP security solutions
  • Proficient in using SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Service (IPS) for secure user lifecycle management and with deep understanding of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
  • Strong working knowledge of business processes, controls framework, compliance, regulations, and segregation of duty concepts in an SAP ERP Environment
  • Deep understanding of SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance architecture and components.
  • Experience with Access Analysis, Role Design, Access Request, and Access Certification modules.
  • Knowledge of SAP Cloud Identity Services and integration with SAP IAG.
  • Experience integrating SAP IAG with SAP S/4HANA (on-premise and cloud),SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, and other cloud applications
  • Experience in requirements gathering, workshops, system configuration, testing, cutover, Go-live and operations.
  • Experience in delivering end to end identity lifecycle solutions (from JLM, access certifications and identity management)
  • Good to have experience in Service Now, SailPoint or Other Identity Management products integration with SAP GRC
  • Good to have knowledge of Cloud solutions like Success Factors, ARIBA, IBP, CALM etc.
  • Experience in audit support and reporting using SAP IAG. Integration experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is desirable.
  • Experience in DevOps delivery models and agile ways of working
  • Hands-on experience in designing and configuring SoD rulesets for SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba etc.
  • Independently carry out workshops/drive engagements on SOD remediation, access clean up.
  • Independently carry out SOD ruleset review/assessments and suggest remediation aligned with leading practices
  • Good to have knowledge and familiarity with ITGC and logical access review/assessments, understand the configuration and settings of change management and logical access controls, assess current ITGC controls against the leading practice and suggest remediation steps.
  • Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
  • Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.
