The opportunity

 

As our Manager youll join our Global Immigration practice, part of an international network of offices, and a worldwide team of People Advisory Services professionals.

This is a hybrid position based in Naarm Melbourne. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Lead complex immigration engagements across sectors, delivering tailored visa strategies to senior executives and global mobility teams. 
  • Drive business development by identifying market gaps, expanding service offerings, and leveraging cross-functional relationships. 
  • Represent EY in high-impact forums, including government taskforces and industry briefings, while collaborating globally to deliver seamless immigration solutions. 
  • Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering an inclusive and resilient culture.

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

  • Must be practicing Australian lawyer or registered migration agent
  • Need at least 10 years experience in Australian immigration practice including managing corporate immigration programs at scale
  • Have experience in a corporate (professional services or legal preferred) environment
