GMx GDS Pricing Senior

The opportunity

GMx is EYs global Managed Services enablement engine, designed to simplify access to specialised expertise, standardise how large and complex Managed Services deals are identified, pursued, won, and delivered, and drive consistent commercial and delivery outcomes across regions and service lines. GMx has three major capability groups Solutioning, Capture and Service Excellence. Capture function focuses in bringing all commercials of GCR contracts to the centre, driving optimization and data-based decision-making behaviour for positive outcomes to all parties involved. Our priorities are economics, efficiency, best in class talent & strong client relationships and delivering innovative commercial solutions.

In this role, you will be working closely with Global Pricing lead, Commercial Architects and Pricing Specialists on engagements and assist with day-to-day pursuit activities in managing end to end pricing, supporting the pursuit teams.

Your key responsibilities 

In this role, you will assist with the following day-to-day activities:

• Assist in the preparation of deal commercials in response to client Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements.
• Prepare scenario analysis for the pricing, costing, discounting, and synergy outcomes, using criteria provided by the Commercial Architect
• Collate the country responses for the scope defined for services not in pricing tool.
• Maintain the Proposal database to track the proposal outcomes and use the same for benchmarking purposes.
• Working to optimise or improve the pricing process.
• Assist in keeping PRIME (pricing tool) pricing data up to date and accurate.
• Inform and Train pursuit teams on latest features in pricing tool.
• Actively establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships within the EY network to help ensure that the services EY teams provide to the clients are timely and of the highest standards.
• Drive AI/automation in pricing operations: Identify automation opportunities across end-to-end pricing (data inputs, scenario modelling, proposal outputs, reporting) and deliver solutions using AI/GenAI, RPA and low-code tools to improve turnaround time, accuracy and scalability.
•  Leveraging advanced Excel & financial modelling skills (VBA / Access / SQL / AI Automation experience is a plus)

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactiveness and commercial acumen.
• AI integration / agent build experience (preferred): Experience integrating AI into business workflows (e.g., building copilots/agents, prompt workflows, model-assisted analytics) and/or relevant certifications in AI automation/agent development; ensure governance, controls and documentation for production use.
• Ability to manage stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
• Exceptional excel skills, written and oral presentation skills to engage with internal pricing stakeholders at all levels of the company.
• Minimum 3-7 years of experience in Pricing is preferred.
• Bachelors or masters degree, preferably Commerce or Business management.
• Proficient in MS-Office like Word; PowerPoint; Excel, Power BI etc.
• Good team player
