The opportunity Were looking for candidates with strong technology and data understanding in big data engineering space, having proven delivery capability. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm as well as a part of a growing Data and Analytics team

Your key responsibilities

Role Overview

• Drive data governance implementation across regulatory reporting and enterprise data products
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory standards
• Define governance framework for data products (domain-driven / data mesh environments)
• Collaborate with product teams to define:
• Data ownership & stewardship
• SLAs / SLOs
• Data quality metrics
• Enable metadata management, cataloging, and discoverability
• Ensure trust, usability, and reusability of data products
• Implement and manage business, technical, and operational metadata
• Ensure alignment with risk, compliance, and audit teams

Required Skills

Functional

• Strong understanding of:
• Regulatory reporting and Data Products
• Data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK)
• Data lifecycle and controls
• Experience in banking / financial services preferred

Technical

• Hands-on with:
• Data catalog tools (Collibra preferred)
• SQL for data analysis and validation
• Data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)

Soft Skills

• Stakeholder management across business, tech, and compliance
• Strong communication for regulatory and executive reporting
• Ability to translate business requirements into governance controls

Experience :

• Should have 3-7 years of Relevant Experience.
