Job Summary:
We are seeking a program support (Supervising Associate level) who sits in the EY Asia-Pacific Global Delivery Services (GDS) team, supporting the Women Fast Forward (WFF) program Leader in the execution of the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women (EWW) Asia-Pacific program across Asia-Pacific regions.
The key responsibilities of the role:
The role will be in supporting the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women program, working closely with the WFF program leader in achieving its business goals.
Facilitate the program in terms of preparations and activities/events execution.
Work closely with the program leader and liaise with various parties as well as within GDS team, to ensure quality.
Provide administrative support, facilitate meetings, coordinate the updates and reports, draft agenda, notes and follow up for working group call etc.
Provide support on the candidate applications and new class in terms of collation of online applications, distribution to regions for vetting. Track receipt of marketing and data waiver form from new class participants, recording receipt of other materials including bio, photo, vision statements, social media statements etc.
Create the annual snapshot of new class key facts, name/company, # of employees, revenue, sector info for Steering Group and other communications
Co-ordinate with in-house editorial/writing team the review / rewrite of all bios, vision statements, social media posts to EY standards, manage WW sign off on all changes and manage SCORE. Co-ordinate with regional teams for translation and SCORE same materials.
Support the program leader on the annual WW conference, coordinating content for the final conference program (agenda, bios of speakers/WW etc.) and coordinating translation with local teams
Work with the CVENT team to create the conference registration site, to keep it updated with new content, session descriptions, speaker bios
Other ad-hoc tasks as needed related to the program
Skills and attributes for success
The talents we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree with 4-5 years' experience in a corporate environment
Project management and event experience: face-to-face and virtual
A fast learner and a team player, able to work with a diverse set of stakeholders
Effective communication skills in both written and speaking English
Knowledge of the EY landscape and a strong grasp of EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women
