The opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our Capital & Debt Advisory team as an Executive. In this role, you will support the delivery of strategic financing solutions and play a key part in executing complex transactions across a variety of sectors. You will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining exposure to a wide range of clients, sectors and financing structures.
Your key responsibilities

- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including financial modelling, scenario analysis, and credit assessments to support client engagements
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, information memoranda, and transaction documentation
- Support the execution of debt and capital raising transactions, including liaising with banks, investors, and other stakeholders
- Perform market research and analysis to identify trends, potential funding sources, and benchmarking data
- Contribute to the preparation of proposals and pitches for new business opportunities
- Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality advisory services
Skills and attributes for success

- Strong academic background in finance, economics, business, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated interest in capital markets, debt products, and financial strategy

- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Ideally, youll also have:

- Previous internship or work experience in corporate finance, investment banking, debt advisory, or related fields
- Professional accounting/finance qualification
- Familiarity with financial modelling
