Job Title: ERP Analytics_Oracle EPM  - PBCS_Manager

Experience: 8 to 12 Years

Job Summary:

Were looking for Managers with expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud Planning to join our Technology Consulting practice where we provide a one-stop solution for end-to-end project implementation enabled by expertise in Oracle EPM Products.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a techno-functional solution architect to deliver Oracle EPM EPBCS implementation projects to our clients
  • Operate across the project SDLC phases like gathering business requirements, functional/technical design, development, testing, training, deployment, and post go live support activities.
  • Proactive with solution-oriented mindset, ready to learn new technologies for client requirements.
  • Ensure quality, correctness and completeness of all project deliverables and adhere to consulting standards that are in place
  • Collaborate/communicate with onshore and client stakeholders in a timely fashion
  • Should be willing to lead a small team of developers and build high performing teams
  • Should be willing to travel onsite on short term or long term on need basis
  • Good written/verbal communication, presentation, interactive skills 
     
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in EPM implementation modules and should have completed 5+ implementation projects in Oracle EPBCS. 
  • Experience developing AOP/budget/forecast models using EPBCS/PBCS modules such as Financials, Workforce, Projects, Capital, Strategic Modelling etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Essbase and calc scripts/Calc manager (e.g., Outline design, member formula, calc scripts, MaxL scripts, MDX Queries)
  • Expertise in Oracle EPM cloud functionality such as data management, security, reporting, metadata, forms, task lists, smart lists, workflows, EPM automate etc.
  • Extensive experience in developing the calculation scripting and groovy scripts
  • Proficient in designing and implementing EPM data integration solutions
  • Good understanding of financial statements and budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Familiar with Planning methodologies such as Driver based Planning, what if Analysis, LRP, Rolling Forecast etc.

 

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in other Oracle EPM cloud solutions such as EPCM/PCMCS, NR/EPRCS, EDMCS, FCCS etc.
  • Exposure to key EPM technologies in the market such as OneStream, Tagetik, etc. 
  • Strong functional understanding of FP&A processes, accounting standards and reporting requirements of a typical CFO function
  • Diverse experience working across sectors, regions, and clients
  • Proven track record of demonstrating end-to-end accountability, exceeding customer expectations and achieve service delivery excellence
  • MBA/CA/CMA/CFA qualifications
  • Oracle PBCS Certified professionals are strongly preferred.
