Change Management Consultant (Italian or German or French speaking)

 

Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

Were growing our Business Transformation Delivery practice and are looking for Consultants who blend project management discipline with human-centered change expertise to support organizations in delivering complex, large-scale transformation programs. Our work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution supporting clients through technology-enabled change, operating model evolution, process transformation, and workforce enablement.

In this role, you will contribute to change and adoption workstreams within international transformation programs, helping ensure that organizational, cultural, and behavioral aspects of change are effectively addressed and embedded.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Support delivery of change management workstreams, contributing to planning, RAID tracking, quality assurance, and reporting.
  • Contribute to change strategies and plans, including impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder mapping, and adoption KPIs.
  • Support execution of stakeholder engagement activities, including change networks and leadership alignment initiatives.
  • Co-facilitate workshops, focus groups, and interviews to capture employee insights and support solution design.
  • Help develop communication and engagement materials tailored to different stakeholder groups.
  • Contribute to learning and enablement activities (learning journeys, toolkits, change champion materials).
  • Track and analyze adoption and behavior change metrics, highlighting risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely with project managers and functional teams to ensure alignment between change activities and overall delivery plans.

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

  • 48 years of professional experience, including exposure to organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Practical project management experience, supporting structured project delivery (planning, RAID, reporting).
  • Experience in technology-enabled transformations (e.g., HR systems, enterprise platforms, digital tools) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, ACMP or similar).
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with confidence engaging diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Fluent English (C1+) and Italian (B2+) or German (B2+) or French (B2+) is an asset.

 

Youll stand out if you

 

  • Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to synthesize stakeholder feedback and draft communication or change materials.
  • Create clear, visually engaging PowerPoint materials that support change storytelling and stakeholder alignment.
  • Apply AI to help summarize engagement feedback or track adoption insights across stakeholder groups.
