This Global Crypto HFT is already one of the largest by trading volume and are now looking for a Chief Legal Officer (CLO) to join their senior leadership team. You’ll be the firm’s legal compass, navigating complex global regulations, scaling processes to match hypergrowth, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers, quants, and traders who thrive on pushing boundaries.

About You
- 10+ years’ PQE, ideally qualified in a common law jurisdiction.
- Prior experience as CLO or General Counsel within trading, financial services, or digital assets.
- Deep understanding of capital markets, international structuring, and regulated activities.
- Resourceful, decisive, and unafraid to make calls with imperfect information.
- A natural communicator who values integrity, directness, and transparency.
