The Developer Experience Engineer will build and maintain internal tools, libraries, and platforms to improve developer productivity across the Technology department. You will partner with engineering teams to streamline onboarding, CI/CD, observability, and developer workflows, reducing friction and standardizing best practices. The role is based in Chicago and is a regular full-time position with an immediate start, reporting to Technology leadership. Strong software engineering skills and experience building developer tooling or platforms are expected.
