About the Role:

As Software Engineer I - AI & ML Foundation Technology, you will apply engineering principles to design, develop, and optimize our next-generation agentic systems. You will report directly to the Director - Data Science & Insights.

You Will:

• Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of software systems by performing routine tasks under close supervision

• Assist in building and maintaining scalable, performant, and secure architectures and codebases, following set procedures and escalating problems as needed

• Communicate clearly within your immediate team and role context to deliver integrated technical solutions and build role proficiency

• Participate in code reviews, learn team coding standards, and proactively seek feedback to improve your engineering skills

You Have:

• Python proficiency

• Up to 2 years engineering experience

• Experience assisting with coding, building, and maintaining software applications

• Experience with LLMs and LangGraph (or equivalent) is a plus

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, -OR- equivalent work experience

Union role

Base Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000

Were committed to offering competitive and flexible compensation to attract top talent. This pay range reflects our good faith estimate for the role and may vary based on a candidates experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.

For bonus-eligible roles, targets are determined based on multiple considerations, including market benchmarks and individual contributions.
