Your area of work

As a working student (f/m/d) you will support the team in the Real Estate & Facility Management department significantly the project team for the strategic OneGroup project.

The Facility Management team is the bedrock of our daily operations, ensuring our most significant assets, our offices, buildings, and equipment, are in pristine condition. We also foster an environment where our people can thrive, focusing on productivity, well-managed inventory, and smooth operational flow. Think of us as the driving force behind the scenes, making a tangible impact on our business strategy and bottom line

 

Your responsibilities:

  • You will assist the project lead
  • You will gain interesting insights in project management, corporate real estate, centralising processes
  • Furthermore, you will support the team by setting up steering committee meetings, presentations, research
  • In addition to these excited tasks, you will gain insights in the culture of Deutsche Boerse Group and the structure of a company with offices worldwide
  • You contribute to the success of the OneGroup project, which has a strong visibility at the executive board

 

Your profile:

  • You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least 4 semesters
    (Study focus in the field of informatics, mathematics, economics, business studies, real estate or technical fields)
  • Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the context of project management (e.g. experience abroad, internships) / in the finance area
  • You are interested in real estate, technical topics and different cultures and their requirements on a workplace infrastructure
  • 3 soft skills (within one sentence) to personality / abilities (e.g. ability to work independently, communication and teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, affinity for numbers, creative thinking, strong analytical skills:In this role, you will excel by leveraging your meticulous attention to detail, your ability to work independently to drive projects forward, and your strong communication skills to connect effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • You have very good knowledge in Excel, Power Point, SharePoint
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English and German
