Within the Derivatives & Cash Trading IT department, we design, build, and operate the technological backbone of our exchange business, including T7, our worldrenowned, ultralowlatency trading platform known for its robustness, scalability, and massive throughput.

As part of this program, you will:

  • Work on core trading systems and internal engineering tooling
  • Apply solid software engineering fundamentals to real, productiongrade systems

  • Gain handson experience with automation, observability, and reliability engineering

You will collaborate closely with experienced engineers across Eschborn and Prague, contributing to technology that has real impact on global financial markets under strict performance, reliability, and quality constraints.

Months 16: Foundation & Automation

You will start as part of a unified team of test automation engineers, gaining deep insight into:

  • System behavior, performance, and reliability
  • Automated testing frameworks and infrastructure
  • Quality engineering principles for complex distributed systems

This phase combines intensive technical training with handson project work to build a strong engineering foundation.

Months 712: Specialization & Impact

    • Lowlatency C++ development
    • Test automation and quality engineering
    • Systems operations and reliability engineering
  • Actively contribute ideas, embrace continuous learning, and help shape the future of our trading technology
