Your area of work:
We are looking for a Software Engineer Intern for a 4-month internship starting in early 2027 to help strengthen the security of our applications and support the resilience of critical finance infrastructure.
In a fast-growing technology landscape, where new tools, updates, and vulnerabilities emerge continuously, security is a core priority. As part of this internship, you will contribute to improving the way we prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities across our systems.
Your responsibilities:
- Analyze and triage security vulnerabilities in applications and services.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define and implement remediation plans.
- Participate in secure coding reviews and testing activities.
- Assist with patch management and validation of fixes.
- Help improve internal security processes, documentation, and best practices.
- Monitor security advisories and contribute to proactive risk reduction.
Your profile:
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related fiel, with a recognized institution and can provide an internship agreement, or have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months.
- Strong interest in application security and secure software development.
- Basic knowledge of common vulnerability types (e.g., OWASP Top 10) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Java programming language.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
