Clearstream Regulatory Intelligence and Supervisory Engagement Unit (RISE) initiates and facilitates sustainable improvements in Clearstream Luxembourg highly regulated areas. Together with Supervisory Engagement, Regulatory Implementation aims at enabling exemplary regulatory posture.

As an intern in RISE, you will be actively taking part in our process related to Regulatory Implementation, while we are offering you diverse, interesting and above all challenging tasks.

 

Your responsibilities:

The Regulatory Implementation activity is established to actively govern an international portfolio of regulatory projects (implementation of changes) in a complex matrix environment. The scope includes:

  • Work in collaboration with the project managers across support and control functions to be part of the delivery of regulatory projects as per expectation, budget and agenda, while adhering to the portfolio governance

  • Report key information of project status toward Regulatory Implementation Lead

  • Assist with reporting obligations:

    • Ensure timely submission of reports

    • Perform quality assessment on content provided

    • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities

  • Preparation of materials (analysis, presentation, minutes) for meetings with internal partners & key stakeholders

  • Participate in the monitoring of project financials and decision-making process

  • Support digitalization enhancement to ease monitoring and follow-up

  • Global support of the team to daily activities, ad hoc events or projects

 

Your profile:

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree programme with a recognized institution focusing on Business Administration, Economics, Law or Finance or similar and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, plus can-do attitude

  • High level of accuracy and attention to details

  • Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI would be an asset

  • Fluency in English; German and/or French would be an asset

  • Knowledge of the post-trade infrastructure and securities services and/or banking would be an advantage
