Are you an experienced transition or onboarding professional with a passion for client delivery and complex financial products? Were looking for a Transition Manager to lead the onboarding of Listed Derivatives and OTC Clearing clients across global markets. In this high profile role, youll act as the onshore lead for post mandate transitions, ensuring new and existing clients are onboarded smoothly from initial engagement through go live. Working closely with Sales, Product, Client Services and global transition teams, youll play a key role in delivering a seamless client experience while maintaining strong service levels.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead end to end client onboarding and transition activity across LD and OTC Clearing

  • Act as the primary client and stakeholder contact throughout the onboarding journey

  • Coordinate across Legal, Credit, Collateral, Client Services, Sales and Product teams

  • Manage timelines, risks and escalations to minimise disruption

  • Provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders and sales forums

  • Support client meetings for new and in flight business opportunities

Your skills and experience

  • Proven experience in transition management, ideally within Listed Derivatives or OTC Clearing (Rates and Credit)

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels

  • Client focused, with a track record of building trusted relationships

  • Highly organised, resilient and comfortable managing multiple priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Degree educated or equivalent experience preferred
