Role Description

As a Senior Technical Product Specialist and Agile Practitioner, you will facilitate iterative delivery by acting as a Scrum Master and assisting the team through its adoption of agile best practices. You will participate in the broader planning process to identify thematic tasks for the backlog and contribute small-scale code and test automation to support the team in delivering working software within the agile framework. Your key responsibilities

  • Facilitate iterative delivery by acting as Scrum Master and assisting the team through its adoption of agile best practice.
  • Participate in the broader planning process to identify thematic tasks that should be promoted in the backlog.
  • Contribute small-scale code and test automation to support the team in delivering working software whilst working within the agile framework.
  • Track progress and log the risks identified by the team.
  • Work with the Program Manager to ensure transparent reporting.

Your skills and experience

Experience

  • Proven experience as an Agile Practitioner or Scrum Master, ideally in a technology delivery environment.
  • Understanding of modern development practices (CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps).
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks and associated tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

Education / Certification

  • A degree in computer science or a similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience

Soft Skills Communication

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders to balance expectation management with progress reporting.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, and German is a plus.

Drive and Motivation

  • A passion for constantly learning and applying new technologies and programming languages in a constantly evolving web environment.
