Deutsche Bank intends to hire a highly accomplished Investment Advisor to focus on cross-asset investment coverage of sophisticated Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients and Family offices. You will work closely with Relationship Managers and Product specialists to provide UHNW/Front Office (FO) clients with a sophisticated service around asset allocation structure, capital markets, derivatives and structured solutions, including monitoring the portfolios’ risk metrics and any margin exposure.

Your key responsibilities

  • Partnering up with Relationship Managers (RMs) to serve eligible clients with a specialised service suitable to their specific needs
  • Act as point of contact for eligible clients’ that require access to a sophisticated Family Office service on Over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives, Equities, Foreign Exchange (FX), Credit and Rates, involving Direct Access Service (DAC) service and product specialists as require
  • Achieving individual Revenue and share of wallet targets, including supporting prospecting efforts of the RMs
  • Collaborate closely with key internal partners, including Legal, Compliance, Risk, Asset Management, and the Investment Bank
  • Understand and make sure to act in compliance with the Bank and regulatory policies related to market risks, credit risks, operational risks and reputational risks.

Your skills and experience

  • Proven track record of managing and advising clients on investment portfolios, across asset classes
  • Fluent in delivering an economic outlook from both an investment strategist’s view (i.e., top down) and a manager’s view (i.e., bottom up)
  • Good knowledge of Bloomberg and Microsoft office programs
  • Detailed understanding of structured products and ability to advise on implementing a given strategy via individual components depending on the client’s profile
  • Works efficiently with precision even under pressure, using initiative and market experience to identify the best solution
  • Clear understanding of and respect for applicable legal and regulatory concepts, incl. cross-border frameworks and requisite local requirements
