Position Overview

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Banks technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Banks technology transformation.

Project Management & Change Execution (f/m/x) leads data and cybersecurity software projects. The role ensures strategic technology change delivery, driving adoption, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead data and cybersecurity implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards for successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with business, infrastructure, and engineering teams to define project scope, requirements, and measurable outcomes for effective change execution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, process flows, metrics, and change management plans to support execution.
  • Manage complex dependencies, risks, and financials across multiple projects, providing transparent reporting and supporting informed decision-making for stakeholders.
  • Identify, manage, and proactively address current and future barriers and dependencies across projects, ensuring their resolution to enable seamless delivery and adoption of new technologies.

Skills

  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in technology implementation, ideally in data or cybersecurity projects within enterprise environments.
  • PMP certification is essential; Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, Prince 2, Scrum) and experience with iterative delivery methods are highly valued.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and change management for technology projects under high pressure.
  • Proactive and forward-thinking approach to identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
