Responsabilities

To support our growth ambitions in Brussels and Wallonia, we are looking for a Private Banker. Your mission is to prospect and develop Private Banking clients. You will develop Private Banking clients in your region by offering them solutions tailored to their profiles. You will actively prospect potential clients on your own initiative and within the branch network. You will build lasting relationships to further the growth and profitability of our Private Banking segment.

As a Private Banker your responsibilities are:

  • Identify commercial opportunities: you actively seek out potential clients on your own initiative and through joint marketing efforts. You build lasting relationships with a view to further growth and profitability for our Private Banking segment.
  • Assess clients need and deliver bespoke financial solutions: You support our existing clients in structuring and optimizing their assets. To this end, you will benefit from the expert assistance of our assistants, Estate Planners, Portfolio Managers, product teams, marketing, and credit.
  • Manage and grow a client portfolio: You develop and manage the current Private Banking client base. You create, maintain and strengthen trusting relationships with clients by identifying their needs and proposing personalized solutions by closely collaborating with internal experts (discretionary management, advisory management, and credit solutions).
  • Represent and build a network: you represent the Bank in the economic life of your region and in various associations. In this way, you proactively build a strong network. Your profile

  • Strong understanding of Financial Planning and an interest in financial markets.
  • Excellent commercial skills with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals and strong ability to acquire and retain clients. You are confident in proposing tailored financial solutions.
  • Client-focused mindset with strong communication and relationship-building abilities, able to adapt and being flexible in your interactions.
  • You are stress-resistant and meticulous, you show an entrepreneurial mindset, and you are able to collaborate closely with internal experts.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years of experience in Personal Banking or Private Banking. You are fluent in French and have a good knowledge of English. Dutch is an asset.
