This person will lead and drive CTB transformation initiatives for Middle East (Dubai and Saudi Arabia). This role is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering programmes to modernize business processes, regulatory compliance, and technology platforms in the region. The candidate will work closely with business leaders, product teams, technology, operations, risk, and external vendor partners to ensure seamless execution of initiatives aligned with strategic objectives for Dubai/KSA and offshore booking centres.

Your key responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functional teams, including product, risk, operations, compliance, and technology.
Drive optimisation by identifying areas of opportunity, defining and planning projects to improve performance and regulatory compliance (Regulators like SAMA, CMA, DFSA).
Oversee organisational change and communication to drive adoption of new processes, platforms, and functionalities.
Lead testing and implementation activities, including coordinating user acceptance testing and executing user training.
Establish and execute programme governance frameworks, ensuring regular business sponsor updates and timely reporting of risks and issues to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks and internal risk policies for Dubai/KSA.
Coordinate with offshore booking centres (CH, Lux, UK, SG, HK) to align scope, sequencing, and readiness; remove impediments and track benefits.
Manage local governance (Sponsor connects, Control Functions reviews) and contribute to EM Change Forum/QBR materials.
Translate business requirements into executable change epics; manage vendor/IT handshakes and ensure quality of functional designs.
Establish local KPIs and benefits realisation tracking (cost saves, revenue uplift, risk reduction) aligned to PB TOM and dbClarity.
Your skills and experience:
Minimum 12+ years of experience delivering high-impact projects, ideally in Private Banking/Wealth Management.
Good understanding of regulations in Dubai and KSA.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills; able to lead project working groups.
Good to have knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s PTTP (Post Trade Technology Program) phases, Tadawul exchange and its subsidiaries (Muqassa & Edaa), Tanfeeth programme waves, Stelink payments (SARIE), and awareness of KSA and Dubai KYC requirements.
Product knowledge across Equity, Custody, Structured Products, transaction-related advisory mandates, Deposits, Payments, FX, Lending against equity, and related areas.
Bachelor, Master, or MBA in a relevant field (e.g., Business Management, Project Management).
Track record of delivering significant changes to processes, technology, and ways of working that delivered value and increased efficiency. Experience in AI first approach will be added advantage
Advanced communication skills, including influencing others and managing organisational change.
High level of attention to detail, hands-on mentality, and proactive attitude.
Self-motivated and flexible, able to work autonomously and in virtual/matrix/global teams, appreciating different cultures.
Team player who collaborates and shares information.
Good knowledge of business analysis methods and tools (Agile, Waterfall, Jira, Confluence, MS Office).
Strong ability to apply Design Thinking methodologies (User Personas, User Journey, MVPs/Experiments).
Ability to communicate concisely and precisely on business topics.
