Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute process improvement and efficiency initiatives to support Front Office productivity and operational effectiveness.

  • Implement and/or ensure readiness of policy, procedures and system changes which are practical, controlled, and ready for deployment.

  • Drive and coordinate delivery of change initiatives with Business Management, Operations, Technology, and Risk partners (as relevant).

  • Track, manage, and resolve executionlevel issues and implementation risks, escalating where required.

  • Act as a workinglevel point of contact and SME for the Front Office on process and platform queries and changes.

  • Perform validation activities for system and process changes, including UAT and readiness checks.

  • Maintain and update Key Operating Documents (KODs), procedures, and supporting materials on a periodic basis.

  • Support structured change rollouts, including preparation of training materials and Front Office communications.

  • Consolidate and manage monthly rollout plans aligned to business priority and operational readiness.

Your skills and experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Private Banking and an overall of 10 years of relevant working experience in the banking and financial sector

  • Knowledge of products & services offered by Private Banking and their associated processing

  • Experience in change projects and ability to interact with different stakeholders across multi location.

  • Graduated from a University with a Degree in a relevant discipline

  • Proven track record in collaboration with coverage and other cross-functional teams.

  • Willing to learn and take on additional scope of work with training

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to get to the root cause of an issue and define a sustainable solution

  • Self-motivated, independent thinking, and the determination and resiliency required to work in a large, complex and dynamic environment

  • A clear and rational thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally (where relevant) on stringent deadlines and commitments

  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
