Asset-Based Finance (ABF) Europe is a primary origination business that provides asset financing and ABS capital markets solutions to clients. The business has a 23-year track record in Europe, with circa 10 years of average experience across a team of 11 professionals. Its defined by its focus on bespoke, structured transactions, with an ability to offer a range of solutions to clients across the capital stack: senior warehouse financing, stretched senior, mezzanine, corporate loans, whole loan acquisitions (forward flows and back book purchases), financial guarantee structures, and other portfolio acquisitions. The underlying asset classes include both secured and unsecured risk across consumer, SME / commercial, real estate, auto, BNPL, hard assets and esoterics (e.g. royalties).
The candidate will be expected to support the business across all of its products and initiatives, with broad exposure to different asset classes and geographies.
