Overview

As a legal intern in the Bank, you will have the opportunity to learn about contracts of all sorts, including business contracts in the financial and capital markets, and infrastructure contracts, such as outsourcing and IT vendors’ agreements under the guidance of the lawyers of the department. You will also work with corporate documents and learn about corporate governance. You will have the chance to work with technology and innovation to exercise problem solution and creativity, as well as help the team to optimize legal work. Finally, you will do a research job that will help the legal department of the bank to pass on legal knowledge to the institution while you also learn about relevant legal aspects of the industry.
