Overview

As a legal intern in the Bank, you will have the opportunity to learn about contracts of all sorts, including business contracts in the financial and capital markets, and infrastructure contracts, such as outsourcing and IT vendors’ agreements under the guidance of the lawyers of the department. You will also work with corporate documents and learn about corporate governance. You will have the chance to work with technology and innovation to exercise problem solution and creativity, as well as help the team to optimize legal work. Finally, you will do a research job that will help the legal department of the bank to pass on legal knowledge to the institution while you also learn about relevant legal aspects of the industry.

What You’ll Do

• Provide all support needed for the lawyers of the bank to carry their activities and tasks;
• Revise and draft contracts of all kinds;
• Research legal precedents, laws and regulations, opinions, and other legal materials;
• Work on litigation reports and presentations for the legal department;

Skills You’ll Need

• Law school student (preferably between the 5th and the 6th semester)
• Good communication skills
• Fluent/Advanced in English
• MS Office knowledge
• Hard work and resilience

Expectations
