Know Your Client (KYC) (f/m/x) is responsible for ensuring client onboarding and ongoing expectations are in line with regulatory standards and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:

  • Focuses on client onboarding (COB) and exceptions in line with regulatory standards and jurisdictions.

  • Participation in static data task

  • Assists the bank’s clients, managing all KYC and account opening requirements with appropriate governance and controls, operating in an environment of strict adherence to Standard Operating procedures and Operation Level Agreements (OLA’s) to achieve accurate and timely account opening to help execute trades.

  • Manages documentation, prepares statistics and reports.

  • Participation in annual reviews.

  • Collaboration with internal departments and communication with relevant authorities.

  • Assistance with inquiries.

Skills:

  • Very good level of English; native or proficient Hungarian

  • Advanced PC knowledge with MS office applications

  • Outstanding organizational skills, time management, ability to plan and manage various tasks simultaneously

  • Able to follow internal operational policies and to work in a multinational environment

  • Sense of accountability and integrity
