Overview

Trust & Agency Services (TAS) is a key Corporate Bank segment providing trustee, agency, escrow, and related services to global clients. It supports a wide range of products, from complex securitizations and project finance to standard notes and commercial paper. TAS also leverages advanced AI to manage one of the largest mortgage document repositories. In addition, it administers crossborder equity structures such as American and Global Depositary Receipts. In this role, you oversee the quality and control of production changes for the Corporate Bank application portfolio, ensuring safe and efficient delivery with minimal disruption.

What Youll Do

  • Driving the Change Advisory Board meetings effectively for TAS applications.
  • Continuous analysis of change related production issues and feedback bug fixes into application backlog for future sprints and releases
  • As key member of the CB Change team provides updates, highlighting any risks and concerns to relevant stakeholders
  • Actively monitor for and seek opportunities, new methods, trends, capabilities and products to the advancement of the organization
  • Maintain knowledge of specific specialisms, provide detailed advice regarding the application and execute specialized tasks
  • Own process of tracking manual tasks and identifying means of automation, employing both strategic and short-term tactical automation means

Skills Youll Need

  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent required
  • Demonstrated proficiency to manage large and complex data sets in an efficient manner
  • Strong Communication skills and ability to articulate changes, risks, and decisions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with challenge and conflict whilst driving for desired outcomes
  • Experienced in the techniques and methods around Change (Release Management and Change Management)

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Previous Change Advisory Board management (CAB manager) experience in a complex environment
  • Experience in IT in large corporate environments, specifically in controlled production environments or in the Financial Services
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure; Unix/Linux, Solaris, JAVA, PERL, Python, PowerShell scripts, Bash, Ansible, Control-M, Message Queue (MQ), Kafka, Informatica, Oracle, MSSQL, etc.
  • Proficient with cloud infrastructure and cloud-native deployment methodologies
  • Familiar with GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Agile Framework, Geneos, Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana & New Relic and knowledge of Cloud based technologies (Google Cloud Platform is an added benefit)
