As one segment of the Investment Bank, our Investment Banking & Capital Markets (IBCM) business provides the full range of products and services of a leading global investment bank. Our clients include large-cap and mid-cap corporates, financial institutions, governments, government agencies and financial sponsors.

Your key responsibilities

• Assist in pitching Investment Banking deals, especially in Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) sector

• Cross border deal execution, including the day-to-day communication with relevant clients & counterparties, organizing meetings with internal/external professional teams and lead the discussions, etc.

• Collaborating with colleagues locally / overseas to leverage the firm's existing relationships & develop a strategy to increase promotion / revenue from such client base

• Deal documentation and internal approvals

• Participation in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches

• Handling day to day client queries on all execution related matters

Your skills and experience

• Strong track record in origination and execution of Investment Banking deals

• Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask

• Strong communication skills and able to articulate to demanding clients

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with high attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
