ICG is a global sales team covering various institutional clients including Hedge funds, Insurance companies, Asset Managers, Banks, Central Banks, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Private Banks.

Your key responsibilities

• Developing a deep understanding of client needs and expectations by ensuring regular contact and consistently proposing appropriate solutions to address their requirements

• Building working relationships with origination, trading, research, client services, and operations to ensure effective end to end client/product delivery

• Operating within the relevant legal, regulatory and bank policy requirements

• Identifying and reaching out to prospective clients and building relationships to generate future sales and repeat business

• Working closely with onshore and offshore teams as well as business stakeholders in growing the FX and Fixed Income franchise in Philippines

• Covering institutional clients in Philippines including banks, insurers, asset-managers, broker-dealers, pensions for FX and Fixed Income products

• Providing support in execution of business strategy and focuses on the day-to-day servicing of clients and portfolios

• Supporting day-to-day related responsibilities and continues building on existing client relationships and growing accounts where possible

• Ensuring full alignment with risk / controls and governance

• Working collaboratively across functions, partnering with both regional and local teams to deliver offerings to new and existing Clients

• Functioning as the local Account Client Owner, and providing support in local KYC requirements and execution of trades and responsible for day-to-day client management

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelors degree or above, finance, mathematics, science, or commerce preferred

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a front-office role.

• Good understanding and knowledge of FX and Fixed Income. Multi-asset experience will be a plus.

• Solid institutional client relationships in Philippines market

• Ability to interact and fit into a regional / global team.

• Highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to react quickly and efficiently to different queries.

• Proficient English is required

• This role is required to be performed primarily on-site.
