You will lead global production services for Corporate Bank Liquidity while shaping the reliability and performance of platforms that power critical client activity across Deutsche Bank. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of engineering and business, partnering with senior leaders to ensure systems are resilient, scalable, and built for growth. You will have direct influence on how production engineering evolvesdriving automation, embedding Site Reliability Engineering practices, and improving stability across a complex global environment. This is a high-visibility role where you will define strategy, lead transformation, and deliver tangible impact on client outcomes and platform performance.

What Youll Do

  • You will lead global production support for the Liquidity domain, driving resolution of complex functional and technical issues across a distributed environment

  • You will own and advance production engineering initiatives, improving system stability, monitoring, and performance across critical applications

  • You will identify and deliver automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency

  • You will partner with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives aligned to Corporate Bank priorities

  • You will establish and embed Site Reliability Engineering practices, including service level objectives and performance metrics

  • You will develop and mentor engineering teams, building deep technical expertise and a culture of continuous improvement

How Youll Lead

  • You will partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to align production strategy with client and business outcomes

  • You will collaborate across global technology teams to drive stability improvements and deliver large-scale production initiatives

  • You will lead, coach, and develop engineering talent, setting clear expectations and driving accountability for operational excellence

Skills Youll Need

  • Experience supporting technology in large, controlled production environments, ideally within financial services

  • Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering concepts, including service level indicators and objectives

  • Proven experience with automation and scripting using tools such as Python, UNIX shell, or PowerShell

  • Hands-on knowledge of distributed systems, including middleware, databases, and monitoring platforms

  • Working knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS or Global Credit Products

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders

  • A proactive and structured approach to solving complex production challenges
