As part of the Event & Partnership Marketing Team, the Global Head Event Marketing for the Investment and Corporate Bank will oversee a global network of Event Marketeers, delivering ~ 200 events across the two divisions worldwide. You will be supporting and managing significant budgets and reporting to the Managing Director - Global Head of Group Event, Partnership & WM Marketing.

As Regional Head for Europe you will understand and manage the European landscape for Event Marketing, act as relationship manager to key stakeholders across the Investment & Corporate Bank businesses, manage project allocations for Europe, and manage London based Planners. Partner and collaborate with fellow Event Marketing Regional Heads across all divisions.

8 Direct reports: 5 London, 1 New York, 1 Germany and 1 London matrix.

  • Relationship management into, and partnering with - key stakeholders
  • Contribution to Bank strategy: Global Hausbank, European Champion / Working group initiatives: AI, Sustainability, TaskForce
  • Reporting & townhall contribution & presentation
  • Support and Manage Conference Planning: web builds, invitation process, logistics, budget management (1:1 mtg knowledge)
  • Compliant throughout: brand, MIFID II, GDPR & compliance

Your skills and experience

  • Seasoned expert / extensive experience within financial services and investment banking
  • Leadership, ownership, management and team player
  • Strategic thinking, collaborator, process and solution driven
  • High energy and positive attitude towards challenges
  • MS Office, Eventogy, Zoom, BTS (registration platforms)
