Role Description

  • As part of our Payments Transformation & Governance team you will work on various initiatives across the Change Portfolio. Your role will require you to execute various levels of testing in line with plans defined by the project Test Lead, or Project Manager.
  • The role will require use of the test execution experience to assert control of the execution timeline and accurately report status’ to stakeholders. The test Associate will work closely with the Test Lead and/or Project Manager to -ordinate the activity of specialists to ensure that tasks are performed that result in the project is meeting its quality objectives, while also engaging in hands on activities to drive the team towards benefit realisation.

Your key responsibilities

  • Collaborating with various application and operations teams to ensure that the test activities are executed and implemented in alignment to the defined business quality criteria
  • Documentation and communication, in line with the programme governance
  • Ensures that plans, defects, impediments, actions, schedules, and other related test delivery artefacts are documented and tracked.
  • Responsible for the execution of test cases that meets the predefined quality criteria via appropriate tollgates
  • Working closely with the test leadership to maintain test approaches and execution plans
  • Developing a detailed understanding of automation tooling

Your skills and experience

  • Experience as a hands-on Tester of business-driven technical change within a similar sized financial services organization, in similar size and complexity of projects
  • Evidence of engagement with internationally distributed stakeholders.
  • High quality communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ideally 1+ years’ experience in Financial Services technology, ideally in a payments orientated organisation
  • Ability to Multi-tasking and adapt
