In this role, you will join the Know Your Customer (KYC) Digitisation and Automation Programme team, which is part of the Bank’s Client Lifecycle Transformation (CLT) Key Deliverable (KD), reporting to a Vice President (VP). You will work alongside the Corporate Bank (CB) and Investment Bank (CB) Businesses, as well as our partners in the Anti-Financial Crime (AFC), Operations and Technology teams, to ensure the consistent delivery of our Change and Transformation agenda.

Your key responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in the successful management of relevant knowledge areas, such as scope, planning, governance, risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID), benefits and financials, resourcing, change (i.e. stakeholder engagement and communication), etc.

  • Produce high quality project management artefacts, including regulatory submissions, white papers, steering committee decks and minutes, project marketing materials, dashboards, project plans, and action trackers.

  • Manage the project’s performance against plan, milestones, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), etc ensuring milestones and open actions are completed on time, escalating as appropriate.

  • Manage the design, population, and quality of relevant document repositories, such as those on Confluence and SharePoint.

  • Populate and keep data sources (e.g. Clarity, Confluence and JIRA) up-to-date and at an appropriate level if quality, driving best practice standards.

  • Support the identification and documentation of requirements through to technical testing and delivery, including change control processes.

Your skills and experience

  • Experience in Corporate and / or Investment Banking AFC / KYC technology-enabled transformation programmes, working within a Programme or Project Management Office, with management consulting experience viewed as an added benefit.

  • Experience in project management including scope management, planning and prioritisation, financial management, RAID management, resource planning, and change management.

  • Skilled in the use of the Microsoft (MS) Office suite, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project, as well as other project management tools such as Clarity, Confluence and JIRA.

  • Skilled in stakeholder management, engagement, influencing and communication skills in a cross-organisation and diverse, multi-location environment.

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field, with a Master of Business Administration or Project Management certifications seen as an added benefit or equivalent work experience
