Job Title: Business Management Sr Analyst, Associate

Location: Pune/ Mumbai, India

Role Description

  • The Business Management Sr Analyst, Associate, is responsible for supporting the Infra Chief Operating Office (ICOO) division, acting as a bridge between business and infrastructure functions.
  • In this role, you will deliver business management support by preparing reports and analytics, coordinating with stakeholders, assisting with strategic initiatives and workforce planning, supporting change projects, and ensuring adherence to governance standards and operational controls across infrastructure functions.
  • You will join the Infrastructure Chief Operating Office (ICOO) team, where you will support business management activities across infrastructure divisions.
  • Your role will focus on generating reports and analytics, coordinating with stakeholders, and assisting with the implementation of strategic initiatives and business processes.
  • You’ll help manage headcount data, support change projects, collaborate with Finance and HR on workforce matters, and contribute to process improvements and operational support, all while ensuring adherence to governance standards and controls.

Your key responsibilities

  • Provide regular business management support to various divisions within Infrastructure, such as generating reports, analytics, and management materials.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to assist in the delivery of business-critical tasks.
  • Support the implementation of strategy and Target Operating Model (TOM) in line with local, regional, and global standards and change programs, including functional design, location strategy, and organization design principles.
  • Assist in managing business processes and controls for the region, including headcount management, management information systems (MIS), footprint planning, and forecasting, in alignment with divisional strategies.
  • Prepare and develop management reports and analysis for review by senior team members and leadership.
  • Support change initiatives and transformation projects by providing analytics, preparing materials, and coordinating with teams across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR divisions to gather data and provide analytics on workforce related matters.
  • Contribute to process enhancements and organizational efficiency by maintaining awareness of business changes and evaluating their impact.
  • Help ensure adherence to global guidelines, governance standards, tools, processes, and controls.
  • Provide operational support on COO matters as required.

Your skills and experience

  • Minimum 5 years of overall working experience; experience in Business Management or a related field is desirable.
  • Highly structured and detail-oriented, with strong organizational and coordination skills to ensure high quality and consistency in sharing and receiving information, knowledge, and expertise within a virtual team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with management information and large data sets, with experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with Workday system, data, and reporting is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and a mindset to analyze complex situations and advise on solutions.
  • Ability to convert data, information, and analysis into high-quality management materials, such as PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, and Excel reports.
  • Self-starter and motivated to work independently, managing assigned tasks and ensuring transparency on progress with clear, timely communication of issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Capable of interacting successfully in a virtual, diverse, and multi-cultural environment.
