  • The AI Application Support & Enablement Engineer plays a critical role in supporting and enabling internal teams to successfully adopt and use the organizations AI SaaS platform. This role sits between platform engineering and internal tenants, focusing on onboarding, technical support, troubleshooting, and enablement of AI applications, APIs, and services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • AI Platform Support Provide daytoday technical support for internal users consuming AI models, APIs, and applications on the shared AI platform.
  • Tenant Onboarding & Enablement Support onboarding of new teams and use cases, including access setup, configuration, quotas, and usage guidance.
  • Issue Troubleshooting & Resolution Diagnose and resolve issues related to AI application usage, model inference, API integrations, authentication, permissions, and configuration.
  • Collaboration with Engineering Act as a bridge between platform engineering and internal tenants by triaging issues, escalating defects, and providing detailed problem context.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Base Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, runbooks, onboarding documentation, and sample notebooks or code snippets.
  • Usage Monitoring & Insights Monitor platform usage, errors, and limits; identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to platform stability and usability.
  • Enablement & Best Practices Educate internal teams on best practices for using AI models, prompt design, responsible AI usage, and platform capabilities.
  • Continuous Improvement Collect feedback from tenants and contribute to product and feature enhancements to improve developer and user experience.

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • More than 2 years of relevant experience in application support, platform support, or engineeringadjacent roles.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, REST services, and application integration concepts.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as model inference, prompts, and evaluation (handson experience is a plus).
  • Experience troubleshooting applicationlevel issues using logs, metrics, and monitoring tools.
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP preferred), IAM, and basic networking concepts.
  • Ability to write scripts or utilities in Python, Java or similar languages for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problemsolving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with crossfunctional stakeholders.
  • Good to have: GCP Document AI, Software development experience in Java(Spring Boot), Python(FastAPI), React.

Good to have:

  • Exposure to Generative AI platforms, LLMs, or AI orchestration tools
  • Experience with notebooks (Jupyter), SDKs, or internal developer platforms
  • Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools and dashboards
  • Understanding of responsible AI, governance, or compliance considerations
