Position Summary

Work Youll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy Tableau dashboards and reports tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.
- Optimize existing Tableau dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for Tableau solutions, including data sources, models, and business logic.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users for dashboard utilization.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all Tableau solutions.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors degree
- Active TS/SCI with Poly required
- 3+ years experience in Tableau development or data visualization
- 1+ years of experience in the following areas: Analytics Data Visualization, Dashboard Design, Data Analytics & Modeling, Functional Requirements Development
- 1+ years experience in Tableau and integrating it with various data sources.
- Ability to work onsite daily at the client site in Chantilly, VA.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 15-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
