Work Youll Do

As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to conduct organizational gap assessments, identify efficiencies, and optimize end-to-end processes (plansourcemakemaintaindeliver)
  • Design governance models (decision rights, forums, cadence, RACI, escalation paths) and establish performance management (KPIs, targets, routines, issue resolution)
  • Translate data analytics and technical solutions into approachable, actionable campaign plans (workstreams, milestones, benefits, dependencies)
  • Synthesize complex stakeholder and data environments into executive communications, visualization tools, and decision memos that improve client experience and adoption
  • Drive client coordination and prioritization across multiple stakeholders, vendors, and constraints (mission readiness, compliance, security, funding)

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelors degree 
  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
  • 3+ years directly supporting government/DoD or similarly regulated environments (constraints, auditability, security, acquisition)
  • 5+ years translating analytics/technical solutions into actionable transformation roadmaps/campaign plans and executive-ready storytelling
  • 5+ years designing and implementing governance models (cadence, decision rights, RACI, escalation) and performance management (KPIs, targets, routines)
  • 5+ years leading cross-functional teams and workstreams (e.g., work planning, delivery management, quality, coaching)
  • 8+ years of experience leading operational transformation, process optimization, sustainment modernization in defense logistics and/or industrial operations
  • Ability to work on-site 100% of the time in Huntsville, AL
