Position Summary
Innovation & Delivery Transformation Team
The Innovation & Delivery Transformation team is building the future of our business. This group is responsible for identifying, nurturing, scaling, and ultimately winning in new markets with new capabilities. We dont rely on what the firm has always done we look to the future and invest where we know the growth will be 3, 5, 10 years down the road. The Innovation & Delivery Transformation Team collaborates with Industries, Offering Portfolios, Growth, and Delivery Transformation to curate and scale our Innovation Portfolio, grow through our Strategic Growth Offerings, identify and incubate the next generation of technology through our Technology Offices, and more. Together we are dedicated to fostering top talent experience both within I&DT and throughout our firm by leading our Tech Talent Transformation.
Work youll do
As a Manager in Deloittes Business Innovation team, you will work in a fast-paced environment that spans diverse industries and challenges. Youll partner with senior leaders to identify emerging opportunities, validate market potential, and bring new offerings to lifeacross our Products+ and Services+ businesses. Leveraging your strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, you will design, prototype, and refine ideas that fuel Deloittes growth agenda and embed cutting-edge technologies like AI into our portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop forward-looking perspectives on emerging innovations, disruptions, and trendsincluding AI, digital identity, and automationto inform enterprise strategy and unlock new growth opportunities.
- Shape and evolve Deloittes Products+ and Services+ portfolios, identifying high-impact opportunities, validating productmarket fit, and informing prioritization decisions that drive innovation and growth.
- Conduct market sizing, competitor benchmarking, and white-space analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and guide investment decisions across Products+ and Services+.
- Shape, validate, and refine business cases by articulating problem statements, value propositions, and market opportunities that inform strategic investments and innovation roadmaps.
- Lead AI-enabled product and service innovation, embedding data, automation, and emerging technologies into offerings to transform business models, delivery approaches, and client outcomes.
- Oversee go-to-market and scaling strategies, including pricing, commercialization, and adoption plans for Products+ solutions and tech-enabled services.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders in product, engineering, design, and research to align architecture, feasibility, and commercialization efforts for scalable innovation.
- Engage and influence senior leaders by delivering analyses, insights, and recommendations that shape innovation roadmaps, investment decisions, and enterprise priorities.
- Apply strong narrative-building and communication skills to articulate product vision, innovation strategies, and value propositions in compelling ways to technical and business audiences.
- Champion a culture of innovation, fostering creativity, experimentation, and bold thinking across Deloittes Products+ and Consulting Services teams.

Deloittes Business Innovation team (within Innovation & Delivery Transformation team) is a multidisciplinary group of strategists, product managers, researchers, designers, and technologists. We partner with industry and offering leaders to identify new market opportunities, incubate AI-enabled and human-centered solutions, and bring them to scale. Our team thrives on curiosity, collaboration, and the drive to make a lasting impact by shaping the future of Deloitte and the clients we serveacross both Products+ and Services+.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors degree
- 5+ years of professional experience in product management, innovation, or technology-driven business transformation, with proven leadership experience.
- Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
- MBA or other advanced degree in business, innovation, technology, or related field.
- Experience working in or with startups, new ventures, or innovation labs.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $214,00-$229,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
