Position Summary
Our Deloitte AI & Engineering team to transform technology platforms, drive innovation, and help make a significant impact on our clients success. The Team
Our AI & Data practice offers comprehensive solutions for designing, developing, and operating advanced Data and AI platforms, products, insights, and services. We help clients innovate, enhance, and manage their data, AI, and analytics capabilities, ensuring they can grow and scale effectively.
Work Youll Do
As AI & Data Consultant, youll partner with clients to solve complex business challenges and deliver impactful, technology-driven change. Youll guide organizations through their digital transformation journeys, utilizing the latest innovations while supporting a variety of high-impact initiatives, including:
- Convert data into actionable insights, using quantitative and qualitative data analytics, that contribute to comprehensive research, statistical analysis, and data management.
- Develop software components, automation pipelines, and integrations leveraging your proficiency in Python.
- Contribute to the build of scalable data solutions on leading cloud platforms, enhancing automation within AI and data engineering projects.
- Collaborate across teamsproduct managers, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholdersto ensure solutions align with client objectives.
- Apply proven practices developed in fast-paced, start-up environments to help Deloittes clients accelerate transformation.
- Continuously expand your technical and domain expertise in AI, data, and cloud technologies.
- Communicate updates, progress, and outcomes effectively to cross-functional peers and management.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Python for data analysis and model development.
- 1+ years of experience data visualization and dashboards
- 1+ years of experience with Sql
- 1+ years of experience in Tableau and/or Power BI
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), data engineering, and pipeline automation
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience in AI deployment or applied Machine Learning.
- 6 months + experience developing agentic AI systems, including agent orchestration, tool integration, and autonomous decision-making workflows (ie: LangChain; Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Strands; CrewAI. LangGraph)
- Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience working in regulated industries with an understanding of security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
- Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and model
