What you’ll do day-to-day
- Prepare regulatory filings, collaborate with compliance staff to support the firm’s business units, design and review automated compliance monitoring reports, and ensure adherence to compliance policies.
- Work on long-term projects to maintain the firm’s high standards of compliance with new and existing regulations.
Who we’re looking for
- A bachelor’s degree or higher, along with excellent analytical abilities, drafting and verbal communication skills, and well-developed numeracy.
- One to four years of experience, along with a demonstrated record of achievement in academic and professional endeavors.
- Organizational and project management acumen, a keen eye for detail, and an impressive work ethic.
- Prior experience in paralegal work, accounting, financial operations, compliance, or investment management is beneficial but not required.
- The expected annual base salary for this position is $110,000 to $130,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
