Treasury Client Service - International Subsidiary Banking. Initial fixed-term maternity cover

Do you enjoy working with international clients, solving day-to-day banking queries and delivering efficient Transaction Banking and cash management solutions? if so, we'd like to hear from you. Danske Bank London is looking for someone experienced in Treasury Client Service to join our Client Service Management team within International Corporate Banking. This is initially a maternity cover role expected to commence in July 2026 for an initial period of 9 months. There is potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate. You'll report to the Transaction banking Lead and support our UK-based subsidiary clients with their daily banking and Transaction Banking needs, partnering with relationship managers and internal product teams. 

The role

Join our experienced three-person (including you) Client Service Management team, providing essential support to our customers and five Relationship Managers. In this role, you will take charge of treasury product implementations for both new and existing clients, focusing on daily banking and payment systems. You will have frequent client interactions, supporting them with Transaction Banking queries, including electronic payments, SWIFT messaging, Bacs, CHAPS, and Faster Payments.

On a day-to-day basis, you will participate in calls and meetings (both virtual and in person), helping to shape and deliver cash management and trade finance solutions. This is a highly collaborative role where you will work closely with colleagues in London and across our international network, supporting Relationship Managers throughout the sales and onboarding journey.

Your strong organisational skills, analytical mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement will ensure work stays on track and delivers high-quality outcomes.

Youll have proven experience in a UK banking environment, with strong knowledge of Treasury Management productsparticularly Cash Management. Youre confident working in client-facing roles, communicating clearly in writing and verbally, and building trusted relationships with stakeholders at different levels. Youre proactive, adaptable and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
