Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

The Organizational Changes Team in Danske Bank consists of 3 professionals working from the Vilnius office. Our main responsibilities include providing support to managers in the business who aim to perform small adjustments or large-scale changes to the Banks organizational structure. We also advise on how to best adjust the organization. In addition, the team is responsible for External Consultants Administration.

Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office).

This role does not include a relocation allowance.

You will:

  • Support Employees or Managers with building the organizational structure according to their input
  • Participate in possible large-scale reorganization projects
  • Provide guidance to colleagues who are new to the process
  • Work in close cooperation with other teams within and outside of the HR Services area when carrying out organizational changes.  
  • Provide support to colleagues across the business with External Consultant Administration

About you:

  • At least 1 year of experience in HR Operations or administrative areas 
  • Very good MS Office skills (for reporting and presenting purposes) 
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset 
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Experience or interest in project management 
  • Upper-intermediate English skills, both oral and written 
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams

Monthly salary range from 1640 EUR to 2460 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
