Are you ready to lead a dynamic team of analysts while also contributing as a Chief Analyst in our Risk Monitoring Cluster?
We are looking for an experienced Chapter Lead who excels in people leadership and in delivering Data/Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to join our Risk and Compliance Tribe.
This dual role offers a unique opportunity to grow both as an analyst and as an HR leader.
You will serve as the HR leader for a well-established chapter of approximately 1215 analysts who work across various cross-functional squads. Your core responsibility will be to drive the analyst chapters how agenda - defining how we solve tasks and run IT projects in the most efficient way while staying at the forefront of innovation. Through this, you will support your team members in their professional and personal growth, both at an individual and team level.
At the same time, you will spend roughly half of your time working as an Analyst in one of our squads with the vision to create dynamic, AI-supported Data/BI solutions. You will play a key role in delivering solutions with high standards in terms of performance and scalability.

You will:
- Drive the how agenda pushing for smarter, more efficient ways of running IT projects and/or solving tasks within your analyst chapter and collaborate with the additional risk analyst chapter lead in the tribe.
- Create forums across your chapter to explore better ways of working and ensure alignment and streamlined processes across analysts in different squads
- Act as HR manager for a team of Analysts, supporting their growth through coaching, goal setting, and performance reviews
- Contribute hands-on work in the squad as an experienced Analyst
- Collaborate closely with other leaders in the tribe across a matrix organisation (Chapter Leads, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Engineers and Tribe Leadership)
About you:
- Proven leadership experience combined with a strong background in Data analysis/ Business analysis / Business Intelligence (min 2 years of leadership experience)
- A strong leader and team player approachable, supportive, and with a solid analytical toolkit
- You have a strong understanding of AI and the imagination to use, adapt and integrate it creatively into business processes.
- Experience across the full development lifecycle, from analysis and requirements to testing and implementation
- Strong stakeholder and facilitation skills
- Familiarity with the financial industry
- Advanced proficiency in English
- A degree at Bachelor level or above in a relevant discipline

Monthly salary range from 4240 EUR to 6360 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
