We are looking for a new team member to join our dynamic Issuer Services team at Danske Bank, Copenhagen. As an Issuer Services Professional, you will play a key role in supporting issuers in the Danish and Norwegian financial markets, ensuring smooth and efficient processes related to their securities.

Our Issuer Services team specialises in issuances in equities, fixed income, and investment funds, servicing issuers by processing capital changes, dividend payments, mandatory corporate action events, and acting as Settlement Agent for voluntary corporate action events in the Danish market. In this role, you will also handle administrative tasks and contribute to optimising processes to adapt to evolving market needs.

Your profile: 
We are looking for someone who:  

• Has over 2 years of relevant experience in a banking and finance operations environment.
• Enjoys working in a team while possessing the ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Communicates fluently in Danish and English with clients, counterparts, and stakeholders.
• Brings a positive attitude, efficiency, and a drive to explore innovative solutions.
• Is a multi-tasker who is comfortable handling administrative tasks.
• Enjoys working in working groups or projects to optimise, adapt, and enhance processes.
• Excels in a dynamic, ever-changing environment where no two days are the same and where priorities can shift during the day.
