Private Banking & Investments is pinpointed as a key growth area within Danske Bank, with considerable investments, attention and expectations to deliver growth. 

With us, you will be driving real change and are expected to create impact from the get-go, working closely with the business. The role is anchored in the Private Banking Execution Office within Private Banking & Investments, which is responsible for the rollout of Danske Banks new strategy, Forward 28 and continuous improvements and optimizations of the banks Private Banking business.  

The team is based in Copenhagen and operate across the Nordic markets, focusing on the Private Banking business growth and value proposition, while supporting the different country organizations (DK, SE, FI) in close collaboration with the Private Banking leadership team. 

Your role 

As a Strategy Execution Consultant, you ensure that strategic priorities become real outcomes in the frontline. The role connects strategy to project planning to implementation to adoption to benefit realisation, aligning stakeholders and removing execution friction so Private Banking delivers measurable impact for both customers and business.

Who (& what) are we looking for? 

The role calls for proactive executers with previous project- and change management experience, having analytical capabilities coupled with an ability to make strategy and analysis results come to life. 

We are looking for experienced industry professionals likely with a background from financial services or consulting. You will be part of creating the future Private Banking Advisory Model within Danske Bank and need to have a strong understanding of and experience with working through various elements related to banking and investment products. 

Furthermore, we are looking for someone with the following skills: 

• Understanding of the Personal Banking/Private Banking space 
• Experience with Project Management and/or Implementation & change drive 
• Ability to navigate in a senior stakeholder landscape, willingness to challenge colleagues and stakeholders, and can share arguments 
• Strategic and analytical mindset with experience in strategy creation and/or execution 
• Good cooperation and strong stakeholder management skills 
• Structured approach and an ability to manage many topics at the same time while keeping a constant focus on the strategic direction 
• Strong customer-first mindset and commercial focus
