Danske Bank has defined its Forward 28 strategy to lay the tracks for a profitable growth journey in the years ahead. You will contribute to implementing the updated strategy for Personal Customers from plan to action by connecting strategy to digital development and ensuring alignment and traction in the execution.

The Strategy Execution Team is the department driving the execution of the Forward 28 strategy in Personal Customers. In Strategy Execution you will join the Digital Strategy Execution team who works together to translate Forward 28 into actionable plans through ensuring that digital development aligns seamlessly with strategic needs and that deliveries are consistent with overall execution roadmap. The team is driving the agile governance processes within the PC domain and working closely with the tribe leadership teams and business managers. In addition, the team is supporting the PC domain leadership (i.e. Head of Strategy Execution and COO Personal Customers) with executive support related to tribe leadership meetings, financial processes and communication activities.

You will:
In this role you will collaborate closely with the team, agile development tribes, PC domain leadership and other entities in the group that are working with digital strategy execution.
Key work tasks include:
- Support key agile governance processes within Personal Customers domain (incl. Annual/Quarterly Business Reviews, demos, progression checks, etc)
- Support Personal Customers Domain leads on select processes (e.g. tribe budgets, KPI structure, etc)
- Collaborate with our finance partners on tribe budget follow-up and ramp-up
- Drive interaction and engagement in PC domain (e.g. tribe leadership meetings, townhalls)
- Creating transparency on digital development traction and following up on the realisation of key digital development outcomes throughout the year
About you:
To succeed, you bring strong business acumen, project management skills, and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders. You navigate sensitive issues confidently and work both independently and collaboratively with a proactive mindset to deliver the best outcomes for customers:
- Higher education in a relevant field such as economics or business
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, strategy execution, or consultancy
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an affinity for financials
- Ability to communicate complex subjects clearly and precisely, with an interest in running communication activities
- Structured approach, willingness to take ownership, and ability to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive approach to engaging with stakeholders
- Collaborative, energetic, and open to taking on new and complex tasks
- Experience with agile ways of working is an advantage but not essential
- Advanced English skills

Monthly salary range from 3200 EUR to 4800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
