Would you like to become a part of an experienced team that is critical for regulatory reporting compliance at Danske Bank?
There is a unique opportunity as Regulatory Reporting FI< team is looking for a new colleague!
As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a team with end-to-end ownership of COREP, FINREP, MFI, AnaCredit reporting frameworks and other sustainability and local reports. Currently Regulatory Reporting delivers more than 1500 regulatory submissions per year for all entities across different locations.
You will work closely in a global team with colleagues in Vilnius, Copenhagen and Helsinki and the stakeholders across the global organization. This will let you have a vast network of contacts across the bank from headquarter functions to business units and IT across many different countries.
The primary focus will be to ensure that we obtain very high standards with regards to report data quality, consistency between reports and that we deliver according to timelines and regulatory expectations.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office.)
This role does not include a relocation allowance for candidates who are not based in Lithuania.
You will:
Map, extract and validate accounting, controlling and regulatory reporting related data from core systems
Collect and/or coordinate the collection of relevant data by engaging with stakeholders across the organisation (IT, business etc)
Work with the team to learn and understand existing reporting processes to automate and integrate them with third-party solutions to increase the efficiency of regulatory reporting processes
Establish active controls to improve data quality and consistency of the reports
Document performed activities and supported processes in purpose to meet the best practices when it comes to risk management and auditing
About you:
At least 2 years of experience of working in regulatory reporting area, preferably FINREP and/or COREP
Advanced English language skills (both oral and written). Finnish language skills would be considered as a beneficial asset.
Be well familiar with ECB and EBA regulatory requirements
Proficiency in using Excel, experience in working with SQL or other data management tools
Good understanding of financial and banking processes/products, financial data
Experience with designing and automating reporting data flows
Attention to details and high ability to work with large sets of structured data, data joining, and transformation
Ability to work independently and combine it with the teamwork and knowledge-sharing culture within the team
