An entry-level role in Technology Foundations at Commerzbank Finance & Covered Bond S.A. (CFCB) in Luxembourg. Your tasks
- First-Level-Support for Information- and Communication technology
- Process IT-related User inquiries (User profile, Workstation-Profile, Printers...)
- Follow IT-Process and Workflows
- Incident management
- Support Disaster-Recovery-Processes
- Support Local Applications
- Managing and optimizing SharePoint Services including access management and user support
- Participation in IT related projects regarding: Infrastructure, Software, Processes, Workflows
- Participation in selected Pilot projects
- Maintenance of the local IT inventory
- Controlling of invoices of internal and external service providers
- Initiating and completing efficiency- and cost saving measures
Your profile
- You successfully completed a secondary education or university degree in Information Technology
- You bring basic knowledge in IT-Security management
- You ideally have knowledge in IT-Service-Management-Processes (ITIL) and in programming languages such as SQL, Java or Pyton.
- As an engineer in Technology Foundations, you are a service oriented and analytical team player, and you like to work in an international environment
- You quickly adapt to new Software and IT-management tools
- Fluency in German and ideally English, French is an advantage
