**DevOps Manager (Technical Product Manager) in Open Banking Services** We're seeking an experienced DevOps Manager to lead incident management and change management in our Open Banking Services team. Full Job Description
In Open Banking Services, we are responsible for digital bankings 3rd channel - our PSD2 API provisions standardized and reliable API to payment accounts and makes it possible to identify third-party payment service providers in a secure way and secures all related communication between all parties involved, providing third parties with account information services and payment functionality. Together with that, we have our backlog packed with many other future interesting use cases.
We are now looking for an experienced DevOps Manager Technical Product Manager, with responsibility for monitoring, fault remediation, root-cause analysis, impact assessment and communication with stakeholders.
Your experience in DevOps and architecture will play a vital role when cooperating with the development team on the architectural design choices when designing the application landscape. Therefore, experience with distributed systems, cloud-based infrastructure and microservice/monolithic architecture will be imperative.
Your tasks
- Hold full responsibility for the operation of our production systems.
- Assess the impact of production faults and communicate this to stakeholders Incident Management.
- Work with the development team to fix production issues.
- Work with the development team and PO to delivery regular releases whilst ensuring operational stability Change Management.
- Provide consultation on planning of infrastructure and tooling.
- Play a key role in shaping the system architecture.
- Design, implement and maintain CICD pipelines.
- Preparation of operating and maintenance cost estimates.
Your profile
- Unix/Linux knowledge on the level of application operations.
- Monitoring and logging experience, e.g. Dynatrace, Kibana.
- Scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc).
- Docker/OpenShift/Kubernetes knowledge.
- Familiarity with Java based frameworks, SQL/NOSQL databases, Kafka MQ.
- CICD pipelines including experience in designing and implementing them.
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail to identify, isolate and solve problems.
- System architecture.
- Responsibility and proactivity.
- Extensive DevOps experience.
- Bachelors degree in engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years experience in IT.
- Excellent communication skills in English written and spoken.
