Full Job Description

Your tasks

  • Developing, training, and tuning machine learning models;
  • Working with data engineers to build robust data pipelines;
  • Deploying models into production environments or prototypes;
  • Ensuring models are reproducible and well-documented;
  • Selecting appropriate algorithms for specific business challenges;
  • Performing cross-validation and back-testing of models;
  • Adhering to ethical AI guidelines and data governance policies;
  • Explaining model results to business users;
  • Mentoring junior scientists on advanced techniques;
  • Supporting the team in achieving its goals.

Your profile

  • High knowledge of Python;
  • Knowledge of various machine learning methods (e.g. trees, ensembles, neural networks, clustering, Splunk);
  • Previous experience in collecting, analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data;
  • Good understanding of MS SQL for data analysis and database optimalization;
  • Experience with Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus;
  • Fluency in English;
  • University degree in IT or relevant.
