About the role
Our real estate team provides advice in property investment and development, planning and disputes and our clients include large development companies, banks, pension funds, private investors and retail funds. As part of our service, our team in Bristol undertakes all aspects of estate management work.

Responsibilities will include:
- Managing busy caseload of transactions, for example dealing with licences to assign, licences for alterations, deeds of variation, deeds of easement, drafting letters to clients and other parties, drafting sale contracts and transfers for conveyancing.
- Dealing with leases, identifying defects and preparing new modern form of leases, based on standard forms.
- Assisting with file opening procedures including preparing first draft of retainer letter and ensuring compliance with money laundering regulations

- We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with legal experience ideally gained within a commercial real estate department.
- You will have a keen eye for detail with the ability to use your initiative and must be used to dealing with a large workload.
- You will have a strong academic background including a degree (2.1 or equivalent) in law or equivalent qualification.
